Mark will be part of the Industry Panel at the Food to Go Conference 2019, discussing the current issues affecting food to go, including delivery, the demand for convenience and the ever-changing world of technology, and look ahead to what could shape the sector over the next 12 months and beyond.
Mark founded Abokado in 2004 with his wife and has since grown the brand into London’s leading healthy food chain with 24 stores across London. Abokado’s mission is to offer delicious, fast and fresh Pacific-inspired food that leaves customers feeling great. Prior to this Mark qualified as an ACA and spent several years in the City as an investment banker advising high growth businesses. As well as continuing to steer the Abokado ship, he now also invests in and advises other hospitality businesses.
