Chris has served as chief operating officer at Wingstop UK master franchise holder Lemon Pepper Holdings for more than two years. Prior to that he spent six years at Unilever's Ben & Jerry's ice cream brand as head of retail in Europe and Asia. Before that he was with Yum! Restaurants International for thee-and-a-half years, as operations innovation manager and area options manager.
