Ian Dunstall is a consultant in Brand Strategy, Insight & Development. In his career he has supported over 40 brands in all hospitality segments with their positioning and development, both in the UK and internationally.
Before becoming a consultant, Ian spent 15 years in leadership roles with Mitchells & Butler, included Director of Marketing and Director of Concept Development. He also has worked as Chief Marketing Officer for Rosinter Restaurants in Moscow.
Current consultancy clients include TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut Restaurants, Which Wich, Harrison Design, Vapiano and Hans n Glueck in Germany.
