Polu Poke is an up-and-coming food to go concept MCA believe will shape the market in years to come. Celia will discuss her journey so far, what makes Polu Poke different and future growth plans.
Celia spent 6 years working in trend forecasting and design before launching London’s first Poke pop-up in 2015.
After having Poke for the first time in LA in 2013, she co-founded Eat Poke and spent the next 2 years building a following through pop-ups in Selfridges, Soho House, KERB and Streetfeast and published a Poke recipe book with Hardie Grant in 2017.
She opened her first permanent site in November 2017 in the City, before recently opening a second site in Fitzrovia at the end of 2018.
